After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Our written standards and policies contain general guidelines for conducting business consistent with the highest standards of conduct.
Urban One is committed to maintaining an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management with questions and concerns including instances where you believe violations of standards or policies may have occurred. If you know of, or suspect an unethical or illegal activity has occurred, we encourage you to report this activity directly to management. In situations where you are uncomfortable in reporting the activity directly to management and prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, Urban One has selected EthicsPoint (or NAVEX Global) to provide you with a way to anonymously and confidentially report activities. The information you provide to EthicsPoint (or NAVEX Global) will be sent to the Company in a format that does not identify you and therefore protects your confidentiality.
While you may always remain anonymous in raising a concern, Urban One encourages you to provide as much detail in your report as possible so that we can more effectively address your concern. We also encourage you to check back and stay involved in your report—including answering any follow-up questions and providing additional information that might be useful after you submit your initial report.
Urban One takes all reports about compliance and ethics matters seriously and will look into each report and follow up when further action is appropriate.
